the third week of my internship...

much progresses were done in the past weeks
techniques were learned, mistakes were done and, of course, remembered
both positive and negative results were obtained

it was the first time i'm so involved in a project, from the near beginning to the end
the project was related to soybean genetics, promoters
(i'll spare the details here to avoid from being to scientific)
it was also the first time i felt that i'm a scientist in training :)
ya, i'm being trained as a researcher
kind of different from others, but, it's my future career..... or maybe?

still struggling with my study
i'm unsure whether i can accomplish what i want
considering the fact that i spent 5 months preparing for SAT, i seriously doubt i would be able take the test with mere 3 months of preparation...
i'll try... but, i just don't know...
this is just not like any other course final exams that you study and you'll do fine...

friday, we will be, or might be, going to Columbus (OSU main campus) again with Dr Finer.
Kinda looking forward for that, hopefully, they let us go. Keep my fingers crossing!
and ya, everyone in the lab is very friendly, helpful and playful! just like ppl in my good old food science lab :)

Ah, so tired and sleepy (already 12.45am!)...
