Sick :'(

So sick... Felt so sick after coming from the short trip. Maybe had too much oily food and chips, and the body is protesting now.

Bought a bottle cough medicine from pharmacy this evening. Had the urge to drink the whole bottle so that I can get ride of the sore throat faster and do well in the presentation tomorrow. But, luckily I am a scientist. And, since the label states that acetaminophen will kill my liver, I passed the idea. But, keep my fingers crossed that I will survive the 20-min presentation tomorrow. Worse come to worst, I will just come home tomorrow after the food lab class, and skip biotech lab. After all, the professor might freak out if I show up in sicky condition and scare to the hell that I might be a H1N1 carrier. She did it once to another student few weeks ago :P

I think the last time I ever got sick was like 11 months ago, back at home, when I totally lost my voice. But, that was holiday so it was OK. Really hate to be sick. It just brings me down and makes me so less productive. Felt like I am complete loser for not being able to take good care of myself....
